All our products are shipped from Lahore, Pakistan. We offer nationwide delivery with standard lead times based on your location.
We offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders. You’ll see any available upgrades (like express shipping) at checkout if applicable.
Orders typically dispatch within 2–4 business days. Delivery timelines range from 4–8 days depending on your location.
Currently, we accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers. COD is available — you’ll see the option at checkout .

After-Sale FAQs – Finery Craft

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real time.
We're truly sorry! Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our damage policy.
We offer returns only for defective or damaged items. Since our products are handcrafted from natural stone, slight variations are not considered defects. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
Simply wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or acidic cleaners. We recommend using a dry cloth to maintain the natural shine.
Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll be happy to cancel it. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
We offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items. For repair inquiries, please contact us and we’ll advise based on the product type.
