🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Finery Craft, every piece is handcrafted with care and precision. Due to the natural variations and artisanal process involved, each item is one-of-a-kind. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item

  • Your product was damaged during transit

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Minor variations in stone color, pattern, or texture

  • Custom orders or made-to-order products

  • Change of mind after delivery


💸 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (you will be asked to provide account details)

Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned item.


📦 Return Shipping & Deductions

For all eligible returns:

  • Shipping charges of the delivered parcel will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • This applies to both COD and prepaid orders.

  • Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

If the return is due to a wrong item sent or confirmed damage caused by us, we may waive shipping deductions.


🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, due to the limited and handcrafted nature of our inventory. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, a full refund will be processed.


Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
